Madagascar, Jr. @ The Henegar Center – Grades 1-6
In the Fall of 2019, I was thrilled to become a part of the Henegar Center’s staff as the Musical Director of the Feller Academy’s children’s program. We had so much fun rehearsing for 3 hours every Saturday. Thanks to Niko Stamos for selecting me for the program. Directed by Jordyn Linkous; Steven Heron, Executive Director.
We had an amazing time and a wonderful show at the Teaneck Library. I’m thrilled to have directed this very talented group of actors singers, and dancers. The room was packed and we all enjoyed the Rudyard Kipling tale of Mowgli and his furry/feathered friends. A huge THANK YOU also, to the KultureKool Center for South Asian Art & Culture, who produced the show.
Kristin directed a production of Snow White with 53 children, aged 6-11, as a counselor for Camp Matoaka in Oakland, Maine. Additionally, she was responsible for all scenic design and choreography for three other productions with children aged 6-15. Outside of rehearsal, she supervised all activities for all overnight 13 year-old campers.
